What does my registration fee cover?
($100 for single 10x10 or $225 for a 20x10 space) Your investment will be re-invested into the production of the fair including way-finding and other signage, marketing, website, social media, Port-a-Potty for event, lemonade, etc.
 
Where is the event located – at a residence or the Seminary?
The event is located at 41525 & 41551 East Ann Arbor Trail, .  The Moody Theological Seminary has graciously offered to host all parking which is directly across the street from the event.  We kindly request that all  artists park in seminary lot after load in.
 
When can I load in?
Load in is available Friday evening prior to the event from 5-8 pm or 7-9:30 am on the day of the event.  We ask that all artists be prepared to start promptly at 10 am the morning of event.

Do I have to stay for the entirety of the show?
To give our show goers the full show experience we ask that all artists are committed to have their booth manned at all times.

​Will there be food and drink available?
We are working on securing a food truck or two for the event. We're open to suggestions!

How many vendors will be participating?
We currently have approval for up to 40 vendors, a food truck and musical performances
 
Is there a fee for people to attend the fair?
No, Admission is FREE.
 
What if I do not have a tent?
We will help recommend rental options for anyone needing them.
 
What is the jurying process?
The show producers will be responsible for all jurying.  Jurying will not take place on a single day.  All participants will be reviewed on a first come first serve basis.  Space is limited so get your entries in early.
 
What if it rains?
Like all art fairs, there is always the risk of unfavorable weather, but we do plan on running rain or shine.
 
Do I have to live in Plymouth to participate?
No, but We encourage Michigan Artisans, Makers & Cottage Industries to apply.
 
Do you allow small local businesses, collectives or organizations to have a space?
Yes, We encourage groups, art guilds, art related businesses and collectives to apply.
 
Can I select my own space?
We will be curating the layout based on your medium and booth needs to ensure the most thoughtful layout for all involved.

Can a musician apply?
YES!!! We have been given permission by the township to allow acoustic music.
